As we continue to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Third in Charge to join our leadership team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be room-based and work closely with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager to help lead the team. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, maintaining high standards of care and inspiring our nursery practitioners to deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and organise the day-to-day running of a base room. Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children. Plan and deliver activities that promote individual development and learning through play. Build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers and external professionals. Support and mentor team members to ensure the highest standards of practice. Monitor and evaluate the quality of provision within the room and wider nursery. Ensure compliance with nursery policies, safeguarding and EYFS requirements.

About You

Hold a

full and relevant Level 3 qualification

in Early Years Education. Have

strong leadership and communication skills

. Be passionate, motivated and committed to achieving excellence. Enjoy working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
