What you'll be doing:

Supporting the management team with daily operations Leading by example and delivering exceptional care in line with the EYFS Mentoring and guiding junior team members Overseeing your room and stepping up in the absence of the Deputy or Manager Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety policies are always followed Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and staff

What we're looking for:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) Previous experience in a senior role (e.g. Room Leader or above) Confident leadership skills and a proactive, team-focused mindset Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding expectations A warm, professional communicator who leads with positivity
