Your Role:



As a key member of our nursery team, you will:

Support the management team in guiding staff to deliver exceptional care and education while ensuring compliance with EYFS and all legal requirements. Work collaboratively with leadership to nurture a positive, united, and motivated team environment. Help create inspiring, innovative learning spaces tailored to each child's needs and our nursery's vision. Prioritise children's safety and wellbeing through confident safeguarding practices and thorough knowledge of procedures. Ensure the team delivers high-quality early years education with a strong understanding of child development principles. Work closely with parents and external professionals to help every child thrive. Uphold outstanding practice, environments, and resources in line with nursery expectations. Keep clear, accurate records and reports, promptly raising any concerns with senior staff or relevant services. Contribute to our warm, family-like atmosphere where happiness and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

Essential Requirements:



Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher). Strong understanding of child protection policies and procedures. Previous experience in a Room Leader or supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. Experience building positive relationships with parents and carers.
