We are currently recruiting for a qualified L3 Third in Charge to join our team to cover maternity leave, with the potential to continue with employment post 12 months.

As Third in Charge, you will hold the following leadership & management responsibilities assisting the Nursery Manager and Deputy on a daily basis:
Supporting with the opening and closing of the nursery
Coaching, mentoring and guiding the staff team - sharing and monitoring best practice
Assisting the management team to achieve KPI's
Liaising with external agencies as and when directed by the Nursery Manager
Holding additional responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the EYFS, Birth to Five, COEL and safeguarding to ensure that all children receive the highest possible standards of care and education.
The position is full time, working between 36-40 hours per week Monday - Friday between 7.30am-6.00pm.
