Join Legal & General Asset Management (LGAM) in Cardiff as a Third Party Dealing Specialist, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of client orders across our pooled investment fund range. This is a dynamic opportunity to work at the heart of our Client Service Operations, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment

What you'll be doing:
Executing and peer reviewing client orders for LGIM's pooled fund range
Monitoring inbound dashboards and managing scheduled order uploads
Facilitating repairs and reconciliation of outbound unit dealing workflows
Signing off order completion and releasing settlement proceeds to investors and external fund managers
Coordinating fund administration tasks including data management and reporting
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and service providers, working closely with relevant parties to ensure service provision supports team's objectives/goals
Managing day-to-day queries to ensure accurate transactions and excellent customer service
Maintaining task lists as necessary and ensure procedural enhancements are implemented and communicated to team members as required. Continuously review controls to ensure in line with current business processes
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
Strong technical experience in unit dealing and client order management
In depth understanding of key Investment Management activities, including excellent understanding of fund management and investment operations processes and instruments including Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Cash Management, Settlements and Custody
Ability to follow procedures and manage risk effectively
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
Collaborative and personalised approach to service commitment, delivery, and continuous improvement
Self-assured networking across Front Office, Distribution & Operations environments
Clear and confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Evidence of effective working relationships with stakeholders
