Fancy a challenging, yet rewarding new opportunity? We're recruiting for a Third Party Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team, to create and manage exit plans whilst also looking to continuously improve the processes and existing plans. This is a 6 month fixed term position, which will offer some flexible hybrid working once fully trained and competent in the role. You will be required to work from the Bournemouth office, full time initially but down to 2 days a week once fully incorporated into the role.
You'll be doing: Support the development and maintenance of the Material Supplier Exit plans across LV=
Support the review and improvement of the existing exit framework, its templates and processes
Provide a single point of contact for our business queries and engagement for all Material Supplier exit plans, escalating to the relevant stakeholders and/or committees as necessary
Support the Senior Third Party Risk and Operations Manager with any SS2/21 audits and deep dives compiling responses to questions raised in a fair and transparent way
Complete the current suite of Material third-party exit plans, pushing the final elements to completion with the business owners, documenting viable scenarios and their costs etc.
Review and assess the existing completed plans for gaps addressing the same with their stakeholders and strategic solutions and work to propose effective remediation actions/activities
Collaborate with all required areas of the business to ensure the correct people are involved in the correct conversations.
Review existing templates and propose improvements.
Review material supplier risk profiles and create a timetable of exit plan testing in alignment to SS2/21 regulations
Review existing reporting and update to reflect the current business position and progress being made
Drive action based results, identifying what needs to be done and by whom. Log and track these to completion.
About you
We're looking for someone with Exit Plan or operational resilience experience as well as working in a regulated environment. You'll need to be able to work under pressure and have a keen eye for detail. You will need to be good with numbers and a great communicator. You'll need to have: Financial service sector experience
SS2/21 regulatory knowledge
Business continuity/operational resilience experience
Strong communications skills including experience in documenting and improving processes
Strong collaborative skills

Strong organisational skills with an ability to plan, prioritise and deliver work to timescales.
