Key Responsibilities:
Send and manage online information risk surveys to our clients' third-party vendors. Provide basic technical support and monitor the survey process. Ensure smooth communication and a positive experience for clients and vendors. Learn on the job about software application structures and development lifecycles. Explain technical ideas in simple terms to non-technical people. Manage simple projects and keep track of multiple tasks at once. Work efficiently under deadlines to provide excellent service.
Requirements:
College diploma or Bachelor's degree. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Hybrid Work:
