Job Description
Benefit: Monday - Thursday (4-day Week)
Purpose and Key responsibilities
Cropping/pre-forming parts
Building printed circuit boards (PCBs) as per instructions provided
Hand soldering specific parts to PCBs
Use works instructions & part sheet to conduct full inspections
Identify specific parts to bill of materials and PCBs
Check for shortages and missing components
Conducting second stage inspections
Essential skills:
Previous experience working with PCBs
Continual checks of your work during assembly process and first off and batch inspection
Experience of fitting components as per BOM, drawing and written instructions. Kitting, forming, mounting and soldering components.
IPC Training is preferred but not essential.
An understanding of ISO9001:2015, ISO13485:2016 and ISO14001:2015
Recommended Technical Experience and Qualifications
PC Literate
IPC Training
Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment
