We are seeking an exceptional hard working, committed, customer service focused individual to deliver a world class service to our airline customers. You will assist the LHR management team in planning & managing the operation of the Ticketing Desk teams, assisted by 2 Supervisors, through clerical, manual, mechanical and computerised methods, ensuring customer service standards are achieved, within agreed costs limitations and in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Candidate requirements

  • Must have a thorough working knowledge of Ticket Desk and airline reservation systems as well as an in-depth knowledge of IATA fares and ticketing.
  • You should have experience of working in an airline/airport related environment in a supervisory role.
  • Must have excellent time keeping/attendance and conduct records
  • Must be pro-active and forward thinking.
  • Flexible and the ability to work under pressure in an operational environment.
  • Must demonstrate exemplary customer service skills.
