This is a brilliant opportunity to get involved in Scottish football and play a hands-on role at the heart of the club. Whether you're serving supporters on matchday, helping fans get their Season Cards sorted, or making sure the club shop runs smoothly, you'll be part of the team that keeps things ticking behind the scenes.
The Role
You'll help ensure our club shop runs smoothly, especially on match days and busy periods, and play a key role in delivering a great experience for our supporters.
This is a casual position, perfect for someone looking for flexible part-time work in a lively, community-driven environment. You'll be part of a small, supportive team and will occasionally be responsible for supervising the shop when the manager is unavailable.
Key Responsibilities:
Opening and closing the shop (including till setup and cashing up)
Serving customers and providing a welcoming and helpful in-store experience
Selling match day & season tickets using our ticketing system
Processing online orders and preparing them for dispatch
Responding to customer queries via email and in person
Handling refunds and exchanges
Re-stocking shelves and ensuring product displays are tidy and well-presented
Assisting with visual merchandising and shop layout updates
Keeping the shop clean, organised, and presentable at all times
Providing general support to the retail manager as needed
What We're Looking For:
Friendly and confident with excellent customer service skills
Trustworthy and reliable, especially when working independently
Comfortable using computers and retail/ticketing systems (training provided)
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Able to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and match days
Previous retail or ticketing experience is a bonus but not essential
