Job Title: TikTok Live Sales Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging TikTok Live Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products during live streaming sessions on TikTok. Your ability to connect with our audience, showcase our products, and drive sales will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:

- Host live streaming sessions on TikTok, showcasing a variety of products.

- Engage with viewers in real-time, answering questions and providing product information.

- Utilize effective sales techniques to encourage purchases during live sessions.

- Create an inviting and entertaining atmosphere to keep viewers engaged.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on product promotions and strategies.

- Track and report on sales performance, including product sold and audience engagement metrics.

Compensation:

- Hourly pay for live streaming sessions.

- Additional pay for showing your face during live sessions.

- Opportunities for faceless workers to apply.

- Bonuses for selling larger items or exceeding the sale of 5 products during a session.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable on camera, with showing your face.

- Previous sales experience, particularly in live selling or social media marketing, is a plus.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Passion for engaging with audiences and promoting products.
