Manufacturing Operator & Welder
Join a growing production team and play a key role in our continued success!
What we're looking for:
Solid understanding of basic engineering and manufacturing principles Proven hands-on experience in metal fabrication TIG and MIG welding experience (strongly preferred) Self-starter with a practical, can-do attitude Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Your main responsibilities:
Perform mechanical and fabrication tasks safely and to a high standard Operate welding equipment in full compliance with health & safety regulations Maintain exceptional workmanship and a clean, organised workspace Identify and implement improvements to processes Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve production targets
What we offer:
Competitive salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per year (depending on experience) Free on-site parking Immediate start available
Role details:
Full-time position (permanent or contract options) Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
