We are seeking a TikTok-obsessed Creator Manager to own the entire creator lifecycle--from sourcing and signing new talent to managing their performance and acting as their primary liaison. This role is for someone who lives and breathes TikTok trends, sounds, and culture. You will be responsible for building our roster of UK-based TikTok creators, ensuring their growth, and managing the crucial relationship between the creator, our agency, and the TikTok platform.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Onboarding:
Proactively
source and identify
emerging and established TikTok creators in the UK who align with our agency's and our clients' brands.
Lead the end-to-end
recruitment and onboarding process
, including outreach, pitching, contract negotiation, and official sign-ups.
Creator Management & Performance:
Serve as the main point of contact and manager for a dedicated roster of TikTok creators.
Develop and implement
customized growth strategies
for each creator, focusing on content ideation, algorithmic best practices, audience engagement, and profile optimization.
Analyze performance metrics
(views, engagement rate, follower growth, virality rate) using TikTok Creator Portal and other tools to provide data-driven feedback and strategic guidance.
Help creators improve
by conducting regular reviews, providing constructive feedback on their content, and identifying trends and opportunities for them to capitalize on.
Agency & Platform Liaison:
Act as the crucial
liaison between the creator and our internal agency teams
(account management, strategy, creative).
Communicate client campaign briefs to creators and ensure content deliverables are met on time and to the highest standard.
Facilitate a strong working relationship between the creator and the agency, ensuring clear communication and resolving any issues that arise.
Act as a point of contact for
TikTok platform representatives
, staying updated on new features, betas, and best practices, and relaying this information to your creators.
Campaign Execution:
Work with the accounts team to match the right creators to the right client campaigns.
Manage the creator's involvement in campaigns from kick-off to reporting, ensuring a smooth and successful process.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
Proven experience in
talent sourcing, influencer management, or a similar role within a social media or creator-focused agency
.
An expert-level understanding of TikTok.
You know the trends, the algorithms, the top creators, and the culture inside and out.
A demonstrated ability to
analyze TikTok analytics
and translate data into actionable growth strategies.
A
strong existing black book of UK TikTok creator contacts
is a huge advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
