Brand Personality

to represent

Social Climbers Collective

on TikTok Live and help create engaging UGC content that connects with our audience.

You'll be the face of our clients on TikTok Live -- hosting regular sessions from our in-house studio in Maidenhead, building buzz around our community, and showcasing trending brands. Think QVC meets TikTok. You'll also collaborate on UGC-style content for TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.

Current timings:

Tuesdays 5-8pm Wednesdays 5-8pm Thursdays 5-8pm Saturdays 9-12/10-1pm Need to be available across black friday period and lead up to Christmas.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Lives

Host live shopping sessions and community chats from our in-house studio Bring energy, authenticity, and personality to every session Confidently talk about trending brands, products, and creator culture Drive engagement, conversions, and community vibes Collaborate with our content and strategy team to plan and deliver compelling live segments

UGC Content Creation

Receive gifted products from partnered brands and create scroll-stopping content Produce authentic, relatable videos in your own style and tone Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and jump on social trends Contribute to the creative direction of new content formats

What We're Looking For

Confident, natural on-camera presence with engaging energy Charismatic communicator comfortable going live (TikTok/IG Live experience preferred) Passion for social media, brand storytelling, and content creation Highly creative, adaptable, and in tune with TikTok trends and hooks Based in London or near to Maidenhead, able to travel to our Maidenhead studio regularly

Bonus:

Prior experience in brand collaborations or influencer content

Qualifications & Experience

Confidence on camera is a must -- experience hosting live sessions is a bonus Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) Skilled in creating and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.) Excellent communication skills -- both on-camera and in writing Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently Creative thinker with a "let's make it happen" attitude
