Live Manager
to lead and grow our live shopping operations.
This is a hands-on, creative, and strategic role where you'll plan, deliver, and optimise TikTok Live campaigns that drive both revenue and brand engagement.
Become an expert in TikTok Live features, best practices, and emerging tools.
Keep up with competitor activity, live commerce trends, and creative tactics to keep our streams fresh and engaging.
Brand & Audience Understanding
Immerse yourself in our brand values, tone of voice, and audiences to deliver live experiences that build community and drive sales.
Adapt live content strategies to align with commercial objectives and seasonal campaigns.
Live Campaign Management
Plan and execute live campaign schedules -- including host sourcing, booking, briefing, scripting, and coordinating with wider marketing activity.
Align live activity with other initiatives such as paid media, influencer collaborations, and affiliate marketing.
Integrate trending TikTok formats, challenges, and sounds into campaign planning.
Reporting & Analysis
Track and analyse performance metrics (GMV, conversions, viewership, engagement).
Provide clear insights, recommendations, and reports to guide optimisation and growth.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with our marketing team, content creators, and live hosts to ensure smooth and impactful delivery.
Lead all live-related communication, including planning calls, post-live reviews, and partner coordination.
Strategic Growth
Build and implement live strategies (from daily lives to showcase events) focused on revenue growth, product launches, and customer engagement.
Identify new opportunities for live commerce, testing new formats and driving innovation.
Leadership & Mentorship
Support and mentor freelancers, hosts, or junior team members involved in live commerce.
Provide guidance and feedback to presenters to enhance on-screen delivery.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience running or managing TikTok Live or social video campaigns (e-commerce preferred).
Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with a deep understanding of TikTok culture and trends.
Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategy accordingly.
Client or team management experience is a plus.
