At Tropical Glass, we create beautiful DIY terrarium kits, ready-made terrariums, plants, and accessories that inspire people to relax, craft, and connect with nature.Now, we're looking for a confident and engaging TikTok Live Presenter to bring our products to life on screen, captivate audiences, and help grow our community through interactive livestreams.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and host TikTok Live sessions to engage viewers and boost sales. Showcase our products with warmth, confidence, and authenticity, making them inspiring and appealing to viewers. Actively interact with viewers: answer questions, inspire creativity, and encourage purchases. Set up and test livestream equipment (lighting, audio, camera) before each session. Track performance and feedback to improve future Lives. Support with product prep and pack-down before and after livestreams.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

Loves being on camera and knows how to captivate an audience Brings personality, warmth, and confidence to every Live session Can adapt their presenting style to different products and audiences Is charismatic, chatty, and comfortable selling in a natural, authentic way Is proactive, reliable, and motivated to work independently

Requirements

Experience in livestreaming or social media content creation (TikTok is a big plus). Strong understanding of livestream flow and audience interaction tactics. Excellent spoken English with clear, friendly communication skills. Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.) are a bonus. Flexible availability (including some evenings up to 9pm & weekends).

Bonus Points If You...

Have experience in sales, retail, or customer service. Love plants, DIY projects, or creative hobbies (extra credit if you've tried a terrarium!). Are curious about social media marketing and enjoy analysing results.
