Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
Present and demonstrate products effectively to showcase their benefits.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to track progress against targets.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with the target audience.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
