Goddiva is a leading e-commerce fashion brand known for its Party, Evening and Bridesmaids collections. We're looking for a dynamic and experienced TikTok Manager to join our team and help us elevate our presence on the TikTok platform.
The Role
As a TikTok Manager, you will take ownership of our TikTok strategy, working closely with an overseas support team and the internal creative team. Your role will be pivotal in creating a captivating and consistent brand presence on TikTok while driving engagement, follower growth, and sales.
You will manage the entire TikTok lifecycle--from content creation and collaboration with influencers to scheduling, posting, and real-time engagement. This role also involves implementing strategies to ensure our TikTok content aligns with Goddiva's overall social media goals and brand identity.

Responsibilities
Platform Management:
Oversee daily operations of the TikTok platform, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand presence.
Content Strategy:
Develop and execute a TikTok strategy that aligns with our brand goals and targets relevant audiences.
Influencer Collaboration:
Identify and collaborate with TikTok influencers who resonate with the Goddiva brand. Negotiate partnerships and manage influencer-generated content.
Content Creation:
Work closely with the creative team to ideate and produce high-quality, on-trend TikTok content, including videos, challenges, and campaigns.
Go Live & Engagement:
Go live on TikTok to interact with the audience, share product features, and drive engagement. Build community by responding to comments and messages.
Overseas Support Team Management:
Lead and guide the overseas support team responsible for posting and replying to messages. Ensure the team meets strategic objectives for the TikTok platform.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze key metrics to measure success and optimize performance. Provide regular updates and recommendations based on data insights.
Cross-Platform Integration:
Coordinate TikTok strategies and content with other social media channels for a unified digital presence.
Requirements
Proven experience as a TikTok Manager or similar role managing TikTok accounts for brands.
Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and best practices.
Ability to create and edit engaging TikTok content, including going live when required.
Experience in influencer marketing and content collaborations.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage an overseas team effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
