We're looking for a TikTok Operations Intern to support our daily operations and grow with us.

What You'll Do

Data & Performance
Analysis TikTok videos / lives / ads / shop sales and make simple reports

Creator Outreach/ Affiliate Marketing
Search and contact TikTok / Instagram creators, manage a KOL list, follow up on PR send-outs

Store & Product Optimisation
Help improve product titles, selling points, tags, images & videos on TikTok Shop

Short Video Support
Join brainstorms, assist simple shooting & editing (unboxing, try-on, before/after etc.)

Warehouse & Logistics Support
Coordinate with warehouse on stock & orders, help with packing orders.

Bonus points if you: Have run your own or a brand's TikTok/short-video account Can use CapCut / Premiere Pro / Jianying etc. for basic editing Are interested in beauty, lashes, or cross-border e-commerce Fluent in English with strong localisation skills; able to write copy that feels natural to local audiences. Can work in both Mandarin & English
