Job Description

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: We are seeking a creative and talented Tiktok content creator above the ages of 30+ to join our team and help drive engagement and brand awareness across our fashion accounts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a keen eye for trends, and ability to create compelling and shareable content. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS important (either on tiktok or modelling experience), but training will be provided. Parent is preferable.

We are currently growing as an industry leading brand on Tiktok selling kidswear, we have over 25 years experience running industry leading brands, and are looking for a candidate who would like to grow with the company and develop a long term role.

Responsibilities:

Creating engaging and on-brand Tiktok content for our Kidswear fashion account, including stoppable videos and branding videos. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas and strategies that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives Stay-up-to-date with the latest Tiktok trends, features, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant Shoot, edit and post high-quality videos that showcase our products and convey our brand message effectively Monitor performance metrics and analyse audience engagement data to optimise content strategy and drive growth Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for content campaigns and initiatives Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure all content meets quality standards and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

Prior experience creating Tiktok content, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry Strong understanding on Tiktok platform dynamics, algorithms, and trends Proficiency in video editing software and tools, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines Knowledge of fashion trends, styles, and brands preferred Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and challenges in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: 20.00-45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
