Position Overview
As an Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of brands and take ownership of their performance on TikTok Shop. You will oversee day-to-day growth plan, affiliate activity, TikTok Shop campaigns, Live & Video sales plan and performance tracking. With a clear understanding of what drives revenue on TikTok Shop, you will ensure each brand receives consistent, high-quality and professional execution.
This role suits someone who is operational, highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams efficiently while maintaining momentum and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Performance Ownership
Support the Senior Account Manager by taking day-to-day ownership of assigned brand activity on TikTok Shop.
Ensure all brand initiatives are planned, structured and delivered on time.
Maintain clear oversight of priorities, timelines and deliverables across internal teams.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance updates with insights and recommended actions for review..
Campaign & Content Coordination
Plan and coordinate TikTok Shop campaigns in line with budgets and performance targets.
Ensure accurate setup, tracking and internal communication of campaign activity.
Identify creators suitable for main page content and manage internal posting workflows.
Monitor results and adjust plans quickly to maintain momentum and efficiency.
Affiliate Strategy Collaboration
Partner closely with the Affiliate Team to design affiliate strategies that support revenue growth.
Contribute to planning of affiliate campaigns, incentives and posting schedules.
Analyse affiliate performance (GMV, sales, output) and recommend optimisations.
Support consistency and alignment across affiliate activity without direct day-to-day management.
Performance Tracking & Insight
Track budgets, sales, content output and link performance with precision.
Maintain organised reporting within Monday.com to ensure transparency across teams.
Deliver clear, data-led insights and take accountability for performance outcomes.
Growth & Optimisation
Identify opportunities to improve brand performance through campaigns, products, creators or promotional angles.
Stay up to date with TikTok Shop trends, platform developments and competitor activity.
Feed learnings back into internal strategy to support sustainable, long-term growth.
