We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and demonstrate proficiency in English enhancing our customer interactions. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent time management abilities, and the capability to manage various tasks efficiently. As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Duties

Operate equipment and machinery effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Engage with customers in a professional manner, utilising strong phone etiquette and communication skills. Assist with merchandising tasks, ensuring products are displayed attractively and meet company standards. Upsell products and services where appropriate, contributing to overall sales goals. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required, demonstrating basic math skills for inventory management. Organise daily tasks efficiently, prioritising duties to meet operational deadlines. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and address any operational challenges promptly.

Requirements

Proficiency in English is essential Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, training will be provided. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. Basic mathematical skills for inventory tracking and reporting purposes. A proactive attitude towards upselling and merchandising initiatives is preferred.
