Responsibilities
Operate and manage daily tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Upsell products and services by identifying opportunities during customer interactions.
Maintain a professional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
Utilise basic maths skills to assist customers with transactions and calculations.
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain productivity levels.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational processes.
Requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, particularly in sales or upselling environments.
Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
A proactive attitude towards learning new processes and adapting to changes within the operation.
