Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Timber Craftsman

to support our joinery and timber construction projects. This role would suit someone confident working both in a factory environment and on site, who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and enjoys being part of a skilled, collaborative team.

You will be based primarily at our

Sheffield factory

, manufacturing high-quality bespoke

garden rooms and timber buildings

, including garden offices, gyms, saunas, holiday lodges, and school buildings. The role is split between factory-based manufacturing and on-site installation across the UK.

You will work closely with the wider team to deliver projects to a high standard, professionally and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing bespoke

garden rooms

and timber buildings in our Sheffield factory Installing completed garden rooms and buildings on site across the UK Working accurately from technical drawings and specifications Maintaining high standards of workmanship, health & safety, and site cleanliness Supporting the team to deliver projects on time and to specification

Requirements

Proven experience as a timber craftsman, joiner, or carpenter Experience working in both factory and site environments Ability to work effectively as part of a team NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry and Joinery, or equivalent experience CSCS card preferred Full UK driving licence preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in quality finishes
