As a Timber Frame Operative, you will play a key role in the production of our high-quality SIP and timber frame systems. The position will involve both independent work and collaboration within a close-knit team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing timber frame panels using hand tools and power tools (saws, drills, nail guns, etc.)
Assembling components accurately to specification
Ensuring quality standards and production targets are met
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What We're Looking For:
Ideally from a manufacturing or construction background
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience with timber frame or SIP construction is desirable
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
Reliable, hardworking, and punctual with a proactive, can-do attitude
Able to work well independently and as part of a team
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 3:00pm
Overtime and weekend work may be required depending on workload
