Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that effectively communicate our offerings. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.

Experience

Proven experience in a sales role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
