Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Roofers/ Experienced labourers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in roofing and construction, with the ability to work effectively with various materials and tools. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs, ensuring they are durable and weatherproof. The successful applicant will be comfortable working at heights and possess a keen eye for detail. Duties

Install roofing systems using various materials such as concrete tiles and natural slate, re-roofing domestic homes so experience in UPVC roofline and strip and re-roof experience is desired to the highest of standards, flat roofing systems like EPDM and GRP systems is a bonus Repair and replace damaged roofs and components Interpret schematics and blueprints to determine the specifications of roofing projects Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for roofing tasks Perform heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs Conduct routine inspections of roofs to identify potential issues Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and plumbers, to ensure comprehensive project completion Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols Have polite manners and treat peoples property with the upmost respect. Have good clear communication skills for speaking with clients, homeowners and management. work efficiently to meet job deadlines while maintaining standards and safety at all times. Driving to and from various jobs across Ayrshire and surrounding areas to cover our customer base.
