Job Summary

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient support with empathy and professionalism. Conduct thorough competency sign off for care workers. Ensure all documentation is completed efficiently within local governance guidelines. Monitor clients conditions and report any changes to the medical team promptly. Maintain accurate client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in continuous professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Experience

Minimum 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse Experience in complex care is preferred Paediatric and Adult Experience Valid NMC registration Strong communication and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for providing compassionate care
