We're looking for friendly, energetic

Grotto Assistants

to join our festive team this season. If you love working with people, enjoy spreading joy, and thrive in a lively environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

? What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming families into the Grotto Scanning tickets and helping manage the customer flow Managing queues and keeping everything running smoothly Engaging with guests to keep spirits high while they wait to meet Santa Leading simple, fun arts & crafts activities with children Supporting Santa's team to ensure every child enjoys a magical experience

Who We're Looking For:

Cheery, enthusiastic personalities Great communicators who enjoy customer-facing roles Confident interacting with children and families Creative or happy to support easy crafts (full guidance provided!) Team players who stay calm and upbeat during busy periods People who love the festive season and want to spread the magic!

Available Roles & Shift Patterns:

We have three Grotto Assistant roles available with set weekly patterns:

Role 1:

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Role 2:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Role 3:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday
