Shape the future of KS5 Science education in Redbridge! TLR opportunity available.We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Science Teacher with a specialism in KS5 (ability to teach at least one science to A-Level) to join our outstanding school. This role offers the potential for a TLR for a candidate with the right skills and ambition to lead our A-Level provision.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Science lessons across Key Stages 3-5, specializing in at least one science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) at A-Level.
• Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
• Develop students' scientific reasoning and practical skills, particularly at KS5.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment, especially for advanced learners.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Science curriculum, with a focus on A-Level.
• Potential for a TLR for a candidate demonstrating leadership potential in KS5.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in a Science discipline (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
• Proven experience teaching Science at secondary level, with a strong emphasis on A-Level.
• Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the Science curriculum, especially at KS5.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential in KS5 delivery (for TLR consideration).
• Ability to teach at least one science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) to A-Level.
