Full-Time - Toddler room leader. Level 3 or above qualification is required. Experience as a room leader preferred but not essential.

Do you hold a Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education or Child Development?
Hoole Bank Day Nursery is looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring room leader to join our friendly team. This is a full-time position.
Work collaboratively with experienced staff to plan engaging, age-appropriate activities. Ensure the daily care needs of the children are met with warmth and professionalism. Support the learning and development of children in a nurturing environment. To lead, support, supervise and inspire the team in the toddler room to ensure best practice with children. To work within the wider management team in the setting.
Requirements:
A minimum of a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years. A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
