Toddler Room Leader

Our toddler room is a vibrant space full of curiosity, laughter, and learning - and we're looking for the right leader to help it shine.

Your Role:

As Toddler Room Leader, you'll take the lead in providing outstanding care and education for children aged 1.5-3 years. You'll support and guide your team, create exciting learning opportunities, and build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily running of the toddler room Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS Lead, mentor, and support a team of Early Years Practitioners Ensure children's individual needs are met through personalised care and learning plans Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment Communicate effectively with parents and carers Monitor and track children's progress, keeping accurate records Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Early Years Education Experience working with toddlers in a nursery or early years setting Previous team leader or supervisory experience is a plus Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development Passionate, positive, and proactive approach Excellent communication and organisational skills

Pay: 12.55 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
