The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced

Toddler Room Leader

to join our friendly team. You'll take the lead providing a safe, engaging, and inspiring space where toddlers can thrive. You'll support and guide your team to deliver excellent care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding care and education for children aged 18 months-3 years. Plan and implement creative, age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, independence, and a love of learning. Monitor and record each child's progress through accurate observations and assessments, sharing updates with parents and carers. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe environment that promotes children's wellbeing and development. Support and mentor team members through regular meetings, supervision, and professional development. Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure every child receives the best possible care. Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS requirements.

About You

Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent). Experience working with children aged 18 months-3 years in an early years setting, ideally in a senior or leadership role. Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development. Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills. A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children's individual needs. Commitment to ongoing professional growth and the values of Bright Beginnings.

Pay: From 12.70 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 42.5 per week
