Level 3 qualified practitioner

with strong

team

leadership skills

and

at least 3 years

of experience

in early years education to join our toddler room.

About the Role:

This is a key position within our toddler room, perfect for someone who is nurturing, calm under pressure, and confident in leading a small team while maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a warm, secure, and engaging environment for toddlers aged 2-3 years Lead, inspire, and support team members in the day-to-day running of the room Plan and deliver rich learning experiences based on the EYFS and the unique needs of each child Build strong bonds with children and families, promoting a sense of belonging Monitor children's development and contribute to assessments and planning Ensure the toddler room environment reflects a calm, neutral, and inclusive ethos Maintain high standards of health, safety, and safeguarding practices

Essential Requirements:

A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare Minimum of 3 years' experience in an early years setting Experience or confidence in leading a small team Excellent communication, observation, and planning skills A genuine passion for working with toddlers in a nurturing and respectful way A strong understanding of the EYFS framework Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete one)
