Summary

We are seeking a Toddler Room Leader to join our vibrant team at Little Blossoms Nuneaton Limited. Based in Nuneaton, this role is vital in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our nursery and delivering high-quality childcare aligned with our values of growth and development.

Responsibilities

Toddler Room Leader- We are on the lookout for a room leader to oversee our 2 toddler rooms, someone who is flexible and supportive of our wonderful staff team.

Qualifications

Proven management and leadership experience within a childcare setting
Strong communication skills in English
Previous nursery or early childhood education experience is essential
Relevant qualifications in childcare or early childhood education are highly desirable
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead by example
