As Toolroom Supervisor, you will be working in our new engineering facility - the Industrial Operations Technical Centre based in Castle Bromwich.



You will be working to support the business with the delivery of a range of engineering requests designed and manufactured in house to deliver effectively on cost and quality.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You will be directly leading a team, setting goals, managing performance, problem solving, managing resources and most of all creating a culture where the safety, wellbeing and engagement of team members comes first.



You will lead by example, enabling development and growth whilst creating an environment for great two-way communication.



This role operates on a 2-shift system and comes with enhanced shift pay.

Health and Safety procedures ensuring compliance to ISO45001 Quality control and product buy off Team development and performance in line with GMS Implement and uphold policies and procedures To support with the management of toolroom equipment Support with training plans for the team, technical, safety and personal To support with ITAF 16949 readiness
