SmartMist is one of the UK's fastest-growing fire suppression companies, delivering cutting-edge mist and sprinkler systems nationwide. We're entering a rapid growth phase and are looking for a top-level sales professional who wants to make serious money and play a key role in shaping our residential sales division.

This is not an entry-level sales job. We want someone who:

Has a genuine hunger to earn and understands that results drive rewards. Brings a business mindset, not just sales chat someone who can think commercially and build relationships that last. Can talk confidently with homeowners, developers, and major contractors alike. Wants to build and lead the residential sales function as the business expands.
We'll provide full product and technical training but you'll be expected to take ownership, drive results, and develop your own structure. This role suits someone who thrives on autonomy, accountability, and the satisfaction of real achievement.
