About Us

THS Concepts is a professional surveying company based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. We provide measured and land surveying services to architects, engineers, developers, and homeowners across the South East and beyond. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced and capable land surveyor to join our team.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated land surveyor with a minimum of 5 years' experience to carry out measured, topographical, setting out and monitoring surveys across the South East and occasionally further afield. The role will involve both fieldwork and office-based drawing tasks.

Responsibilities

Undertake surveys with accuracy and attention to detail Confidently operate surveying equipment such as total stations, laser scanners and GPS RTK equipment. Process survey data and produce high-quality CAD drawings Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met Travel to various project sites across the South East and occasionally the wider UK Work from our Leigh-on-Sea office when required

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in land/measured building surveying Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and data processing software Full UK driving licence Comfortable travelling to different job sites Based within a commutable distance of Leigh-on-Sea or willing to relocate
