We are seeking a skilled Torch on Flat Roofer to join our team and a Torch on Flat Roofer labourer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flat roofing and construction, with the ability to work effectively with various materials and tools. This role involves performing flat roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance on a commercial property. The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency in reading schematics and possess a solid understanding of building structures.

Responsibilities

Installation of a flat roof. Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate installation and compliance with building codes. Fabricate roofing components as needed to meet project specifications. Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution. Perform heavy lifting and manoeuvre materials safely on-site. Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the duration of projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience in flat roofing or a related field is essential. Familiarity with various roofing materials and installation techniques. Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
