Duties



Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and expand your professional network.

Skills



Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a related industry. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for persuasive storytelling. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and motivation. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record keeping. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to handle objections effectively.
