Tour Coordinator

to join our team and help bring our tours to life - from enquiry to execution.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Tour Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of operations. Full training will be provided, but your key responsibilities will include:

Monitoring our enquiry inbox and replying to prospective customers quickly, politely, and enthusiastically Engaging warmly with clients (primarily from the US) over email and occasionally on a scheduled call, who are excited to explore Scotland and the UK Entering new bookings in our calendar and tour scheduling system Booking and uploading accommodation, tickets and itineraries to the scheduling software Liaising with our team of driver-guides to assign upcoming tours Using Xero (our accounting software) to help keep receipts & invoices organised. Working closely with our marketing and website team to keep tour products up-to-date and effectively promoted

What You'll Need

Essential skills:

We're looking for someone who walks in integrity, acts with honesty even when no one is watching, and treats others with respect and humility. Excellent communication and people skills - especially over email and with international clients Strong written and spoken English with an adaptable, warm email tone Great IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to manage tasks efficiently, stay organised, and keep systems up to date

Desirable:

2+ years in a similar coordination, admin, or tourism role Familiarity with Xero or similar finance systems A passion for Scotland, history, or adventure travel Previous experience working in tourism, hospitality, or customer service Live in the central belt of Scotland. Edinburgh, Glasgow, nearby etc

Job Hours, Location & Pay

Minimum 20 hours a week or up to 35 - this can be discussed (quite seasonal so more may be required during certain months) Work remote (mostly) - occasional meetings required Pay will be discussed based on experience Ultimately the job can be quite flexible as long as the work is getting done
