Are you passionate about Whisky, Craft Beer, and Scottish Folklore? Join us at Uile-bheist Brewery & Distillery in Inverness, Scotland's first and only Brewstillery, as a seasonal tour guide. In this role, you'll lead high-quality tours, sharing insights into brewing and distilling processes along with enchanting Scottish folklore tales.

With a focus on sustainability, green energy, and exceptional customer service, you'll provide guests with an unforgettable experience. If you have previous hospitality or tourism experience, a strong knowledge or interest in whisky, craft beer, and Scottish folklore, excellent communication skills, and the ability to speak confidently to large groups, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Lead tours of our brewstillery, offering informative and engaging commentary on brewing and distilling procedures, as well as storytelling of our mythological Scottish folklore tales. Provide attentive and personalised service to customers in our taproom bar between scheduled tours. Assist in organising and coordinating private tastings. Actively promote our products, services, and brand to contribute to the overall success of the business. Manage daily stock and presentation of the brewstillery merchandising.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry. Strong knowledge and passion for whisky, craft beer, and Scottish folklore. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable speaking to large groups of people. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
