Make a difference as a Tour Support Team Leader



We believe every tour should be unforgettable for all the right reasons. That's where our Tour Support Team Leader comes in - making sure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.

You'll be leading our Tour Support Team, working closely with the Ground Reservations Manager to keep things efficient, responsive, and commercially smart. From improving processes to spotting opportunities in the market, you'll help shape competitive products for our Education Division brands.

Whether it's resolving issues before a tour sets off or after our guests return, you'll be the go-to person for practical solutions that keep our service levels high and our costings on track. You'll also play a key role in identifying risks and making sure we're always one step ahead.

A solid background in support services - you know how to keep things running smoothly. Natural leadership skills - you're great at building strong teams and influencing others in a positive way. A problem-solving mindset and a "can do" attitude - you don't just spot issues, you fix them. Cool under pressure - you've got experience delivering results to tight deadlines and staying focused when things get busy. Super-organised - juggling multiple tasks and prioritising your workload is second nature to you. Commercially switched-on - you understand the numbers and what they mean for the business.
