The Role
As a Town Planner, you'll play a key role in supporting and delivering a wide range of planning projects. Your responsibilities will include:
xc2xb7Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.
xc2xb7Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
xc2xb7Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
You'll have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, providing innovative solutions.

About You
We're looking for someone with:
xc2xb7A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field (RTPI accreditation desirable).
xc2xb7Proven experience in a planning role, ideally within consultancy or local authority.
xc2xb7Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy.
