We are looking for someone enthusiastic and motivated to join our SLM Toyota Lowestoft team as a

Customer Consultant

The Customer Consultant role involves guiding the customer throughout their journey with us, through the vehicle sales and aftersales processes.

Key job areas of the Customer Consultant role:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Assist clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-purchase support Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships Stay up to date with Toyota vehicle models and product offerings Ensure compliance with sales processes and company standards Liaise with customers and workshop team throughout aftersales process, ensuring customer satisfaction Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team

What we're looking for in a Customer Consultant:

Previous motor trade experience in either sales or aftersales. Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport and deliver a personalised customer experience Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach Comfortable using digital tools and systems Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude
