Due to continued growth we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a

Toyota Sales Support Executive

This is a busy, hands-on role that plays a vital part in ensuring our vehicles are presented to the highest standard and that our sales team is fully supported.

What you'll be Doing:

Prepare used vehicles for online and showroom display. Photograph and video vehicles to create high-quality listings for marketing. Ensure vehicles are clean, well-presented, and ready for customer viewings. Upload photos, videos, and vehicle details to online platforms. Maintain accuracy and consistency in all used car listings. Sales Team Assistance Liaising with Valet Team Managing vehicle movements such as organising collections, deliveries, and fueling vehicles Handle general administrative support tasks as needed. Stock Management Assist with Test Drives Monitor the used car line-up to ensure all vehicles are correctly displayed. Liaise with the sales manager to ensure accurate stock information.

About You:

Enthusiastic, positive, and proactive with a strong work ethic. Able to manage multiple tasks while staying organised and focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy environment. Confident using technology for photography, video, and online systems. A team player with excellent attention to detail. Well Presented Full UK driving license essential.
