Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, responsible, and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Visitor Tractor Driver & Horse Walker. This dual-role position involves transporting visitors safely and enjoyably on tractor rides and assisting with the daily walking of our horses.
Set in the beautiful Cornish countryside (as well as 10 minutes from the beach!) Healeys Cyder Farm is a family-run, year-round, visitor attraction and home to our very own Rattler Cyder! Visitor Tractor Driver Duties:
Operate the visitor tractor safely along designated routes.
Provide a warm, informative, and enjoyable experience for guests.
Perform daily safety checks and routine maintenance of the tractor.
Assist visitors with boarding and exiting the tractor safely.
Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures.
Communicate any issues with equipment or guest experience to management.
Assisting with wider retail duties when required.
Horse Walker Duties:
Walk our horses between locations according to training and care plans.
Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of each horse.
Assist with grooming, feeding, and tack-up as needed.
Observe and report any signs of injury or illness to the Site Manager
Ensure all gates are securely closed and locked when walking horses to maintain safety and prevent escapes.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
