Riviera Produce is looking for

experienced and confident Tractor Drivers

to join our Farming Operations team. You'll work with modern machinery, GPS-guided equipment and a variety of specialist implements across an exciting and varied farming calendar.

What You'll Be Doing

Operating a range of modern tractors and specialist implements Supporting

cultivations

, including strip-tilling, discing and groundwork preparation Working with

GPS technology

across planting and field operations Running

planters, hoes and other precision equipment

to support crop establishment Assisting with fertiliser application, pelleting and key crop-care tasks (qualifications permitting) Using telehandlers and other machinery as part of daily field operations Working alongside planting and netting teams to ensure efficient, high-quality work

What We're Looking For

Strong tractor driving experience across varied implements Confidence using GPS and precision farming technology A proactive and reliable approach with good communication skills Ability to work independently and maintain high standards PA qualifications are an advantage Flexibility to support busy seasonal periods
