We are seeking a
3+ PQE solicitor
for a6-month contract
to support the execution of innovativetrade and supply chain finance products
.What you'll be doing:
Structuring and executing complex
trade finance
andsupply chain
deals Drafting and negotiatinglegal documentation
across jurisdictions Advising on legal and commercial aspects of product development in emerging markets Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive delivery of strategic finance initiativesWhat we're looking for:
3+ years' PQE
with strong experience intrade finance
Ability to structure and documentcross-border finance transactions
* Exposure todevelopment finance
