Job summary
As a Trade & Working Capital Trade Sales Vice President in the Trade & Working Capital division of J.P. Morgan Payments, you will be responsible for promoting profitable growth of the Natural Resources portfolio. You will provide both Structured & Core Trade solutions to J.P. Morgan Trade target large & mid-cap headquartered (HQ) clients to meet their local and outbound requirements and inbound requirements of our multinational (MNC) clients.
Job responsibilities
Originate and structure new opportunities with clients across Core Trade and Structured Trade solutions covering Supply Chain Finance, Dynamic Discounting, Sales Finance and Inventory Finance
Support the growth of TWC P&L across products and contribute to the achievement of new business goals
Collaborate with Payments, functional and coverage bankers to promote the execution of the sales strategy, to achieve new business sales objectives, expand market share and increase the share of wallet with targeted clients
Engage in compelling financial and working capital analysis to formulate proposals for new businesses
Contribute to strategic account planning for targeted clients, focusing on the use of credit capital and balancing client needs against firm wide priorities
Build and maintain collaborative firm wide relationships
Exemplify the firm's culture and conduct standards,
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Previous experience and a demonstrated track record of success in trade Sales, transaction banking, and managing client relationships
Deep trade and transaction banking product knowledge relevant to Natural Resources
Established network and experience working with Natural Resources Large Corporate, Mid-Cap and MNCs in the UK and Switzerland
Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization, work under pressure and to tight timeframes
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
Effective collaboration, relationship-building and interpersonal skills, demonstrated in a client-facing role
